Andy P. Lim

Andy is a co-founder and partner of Northfield & Associates company, a consulting firm. He was elected in 2023 as one of manage partner and serves on its board of directors. He currently holds the position of chairman and president of Northfield & Associates and plays a pivotal role in fostering the effectiveness of the board, and setting high governance standards on the organization’s direction, aligning the overseeing the organization business, mobilizing the business through its strategic matters, engaging the board, connecting with stakeholders, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace.

Andy has over 20 years of experience leadership, trusted advisor to boards, building and leading senior management teams, aligning in private and public companies in Canada, with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to forming Northfield & Associates, Andy also actively involved in advocate issues of humanitarian, poverty, education of impoverished and underprivileged children and supporting low-income communities as part of the AMKC, and serves on the board of directors’ member. He also sits on the board of directors for several for profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Andy uses his business acumen and direct approach to solve business challenges covering all matters related to business governance.
