Chheahani Norotana is a Board Director and Chief Legal Counsel for Northfield & Associates, providing strategic legal oversight and guiding the company on corporate governance, compliance, regulatory matters, and international partnership frameworks.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, a Master of Private Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the National University of Management.
With over 15 years of progressive experience in senior managerial roles across several public institutions, Mr. Norotana brings extensive expertise in legal analysis, policy development, institutional operations, and cross-sector coordination. His background in both law and accounting allows him to approach legal matters with a strong financial and risk-management perspective.
In addition to his government and legal leadership roles, he is also a Lecturer in Law at multiple public and private educational institutions in Cambodia. He teaches a wide range of subjects, including:
