- Financial Proof: Demonstrate sufficient funds to cover tuition fees, living expenses, and return transportation.
- Criminal Background Check: Provide a police certificate to prove you have no criminal record.
- Medical Examination: Undergo a medical exam by a panel physician if you plan to study in Canada for more than six months.
2. Gather Necessary Documents
Prepare the following documents for your application:
- Application Form: Complete the “Application for Study Permit Made Outside of Canada” (IMM 1294) form. IRCC
- Family Information Form: Fill out the Family Information Form (IMM 5707).
- Acceptance Letter: Include the original or a copy of your acceptance letter from the DLI.
- Proof of Financial Support: Provide bank statements, a letter from your financial institution, or other evidence of sufficient funds.
