Your Journey Starts Here
There are many pathways to visit, relocate, or settle in Canada, and immigration rules continue to evolve. We take a personalized approach to understand each client’s unique situation and identify the best immigration or residency options. Our goal is to provide reliable guidance and support throughout every step of the process, whether for temporary or permanent residence.

BECOMING A PERMANENT RESIDENT OF CANADA
Canada has a wide range of migration programs—more than 100—tailored for skilled workers, business folks, and families. To see if you qualify, you can take one of our assessments or reach out to book an appointment with us.
FAMILY SPONSORSHIP
Family reunification is a key part of Canadian immigration, focusing on reuniting spouses, dependents, parents, and grandparents. Relatives can live, study, and work in the country once they become permanent residents.
Basic Eligibility:
- Must be a Canadian citizen, PR, or registered Indian.
- At least 18 years old with financial stability.
- Relative must pass medical and security checks.
HUMANITARIAN & COMPASSIONATE
H&C applications offer special consideration for individuals facing exceptional situations or hardships. If regular immigration rules don’t fit your safety concerns or challenging situation, this may be an option.
EXPRESS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
A fast-track system for skilled workers. Highest-ranked candidates are invited to apply for permanent residency.
- Language Skills: High proficiency in listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Work Experience: 1 year of skilled work in Canada (NOC 0, 1, 2, or 3) within the last 3 years.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must have had valid status while gaining experience.
EMPOWERING YOUR IMMIGRATION & VISA SUCCESS
Temporary status in Canada refers to a situation where someone is allowed to stay in the country for a limited period. This could include visitors, students, or workers who have authorization to be in Canada for a specific purpose and duration.
Temporary status doesn’t grant permanent residency but allows individuals to stay for the duration permitted by their visa or permit.
WORK VISA
Getting a working visa or permit in Canada can be complex. Usually, applicants need a Canadian company to hire them, though some may qualify for an Open work permit.
Basic eligibility:
- Show plan to leave Canada when work permit ends.
- Prove sufficient funds for stay and return trip.
- No security risk and clean criminal record.
- Be healthy (undergo medical exam if required).
STUDY VISA
A study permit is your ticket to international education in Canada via the Student Direct Stream (SDS) or Non-SDS routes.
Requirements:
- Acceptance letter from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI).
- Proof of funds for tuition, living, and travel.
- Intent to leave Canada after studies.
- Police certificate and medical exam if needed.
VISITOR VISA
For tourism, medical reasons, or visiting family, you may need a Temporary Resident Visa stamped in your passport.
- Valid travel document (Passport).
- No criminal or immigration-related convictions.
- Financial proof to cover the entire stay.
SUPER VISA
Designed for parents and grandparents, allowing stays up to 5 years per visit with 10-year multi-entry flexibility.
Insurance Requirement:
Must have $100,000+ CAD emergency coverage from an approved provider, valid for at least 1 year.
