Andy P. Lim

Andy Lim is the President, Worldwide Managing Partner, and Board Member of Northfield & Associates International Corporation. In this capacity, he exercises oversight over the corporation’s global operations, strategic planning activities, capital allocation processes, and enterprise transformation initiatives. He also manages the coordination of cross-jurisdictional advisory teams and the development of firm-wide governance structures.

Mr. Lim has advised senior executives, management teams, and boards of directors for over two decades, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, transactional structuring, divestitures, operational integration, strategic repositioning, and enterprise risk mitigation. His experience includes engagements across private equity, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, retail, information, entertainment, and industrial sectors.

He directed Northfield & Associates expansion into emerging markets, including the establishment of the firm’s Phnom Penh office in 2022, and he continues to oversee the corporation’s international market strategy.

As President, Andy transformed the firm’s culture, championed operational excellence, and positioned Northfield for sustained global growth. He is also a strong proponent of business-led community impact, advocating for diversity, inclusion, and economic empowerment. He guides the adoption of responsible business practices across Northfield & Associates advisory platforms, ensuring alignment with environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and governance excellence across international markets.

Andy has led major transformation initiatives centered on operational sustainability, responsible investment diligence, inclusive leadership development, and ethics-driven governance practices. His strategy work incorporates climate-related risk assessments, sustainable supply chain frameworks, and human capital advancement programs. His commitment to social impact extends beyond the firm through his leadership roles in multicultural organizations and his recognition for contributions to diversity, community capacity building, and global cultural engagement.

Mr. Lim holds BA and MBA degrees in Business Administration and Multilingual Business Communication. He has received multiple honours for leadership and community service, including recognition from the Royal Government of Cambodia.
