Sam At is a co-founder and partner of Northfield & Associates, with over 9 years of experience in real estate. He is a Certified International Property Specialist(CIPS) , a designation from the National Association of Realtors® in the USA.
Sam At is an advocate for the real estate industry in Cambodia and promotes the country as a destination for foreign investment. He is affiliated with numerous organizations, including the Asia HRTF, National Association of Realtors®, Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, Cambodia-Japan Association for Business and Investment, and Asia Pacific Trade & Investment Association.
Sam At holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration in field of Business Management from Build Bright University. He has worked in several positions before his current position, including Managing Director of Digital Property Agent World company, Telecom Specialist at Cellcard Company, and English Teacher and Trainer at the Esperanto Association.
